Our Mission

FSA works with flight simmers, pilots, and industry developers to promote home flight simulation as both a hobby and aid to pilot training.

We Aim to Be

Neutral in the content we offer.

We present factual information based on publicly-available sources, statistics, partner input, and member feedback. If we're sharing an opinion, you'll know. And if you see something we've missed, tell us. We'll respond to your feedback and get it corrected.

Fair in how we welcome members and developers.

FSA is inclusive: anyone can become a member, and we aim to treat our partners and collaborators equally, regardless of their size. Additionally, we don't accept commissions, payments, or other incentives from partners in exchange for preferential treatment.

Original in how we operate.

We're not here to re-invent the wheel. The community already has great resources that offer a wealth of learning content, and we strive to highlight those where appropriate. And when there's an opportunity to create something useful the community doesn't already have, we will.

Respectful of your privacy.

Unless you tell us it's okay, we don't share your information with third parties, and we never sell personal data. You have complete control over the notifications you receive, and you can delete your account and data at any time.

Transparent in how content is created.

Although we have full editorial control of our content, we collaborate heavily with the community. Our guides are reviewed by industry partners, well-known content creators, and experienced simmers, and we constantly make improvements based on member feedback.

Helpful to the community.

We want to make it easier for newcomers to get started in flight simulation, while offering experienced simmers additional ways to connect and engage within the community. If you have questions, want to share ideas, or want to get involved, don't hesitate to contact us.
